Lobby

A small audience, roughly 5-10 people per performance, arrives and enters the “Lobby”. They see a museum exhibit in front of them, allowing them to mingle and relax before the “show” begins. The displays showcase images and information about rituals and customs for death from different cultures and societies. They see images of burials, religious ceremonies, and art related to these practices. The room is dim with well lit displays. There is a dark section toward the back where the audience is encouraged to progress toward one or two at a time.
